My mother had went to this clinic and her doctor will not care about my mother's health, so my mother had to switch to another clinic and the other clinic shows that Doctors truly care about their patients health, unlike this clinic "San Vicente".

BAD BAD BAD. Their way of servicing patients is ridiculous. I have been to the ER 3 times. A specialist is willing to see me but i need the referral. I understand i need to be seen to get the referral,but 1 i been calling since Tuesday now its Tuesday again and no one from appointments have call me to schedule one 2 The NP i see is out and she won’t be back till 2 weeks from now so they sent her a message to see if they can schedule me to see her when she is back 3 i came in as a walk in here since 6:15 am to be seen and it turns out its not as a walk in but all they do is schedule and appointment with an available provider. This could easily be done over the phone. I have complained in the past about their horrible service but nothing changes. And yes im still here just because its a lot of work to transfer all medical records to another Dr
